This is my adopted sister, Emily. I'll let her tell you her own story. Hi. It's me Emily. Back in September of 1997, I was abandoned on the streets of Brooklyn, New York. I was cut, bleeding, hungry, and shaking. Death was just around the corner. A loving member of Zoey's family happened to notice me and my plight. Ana (that's her name) came to my rescue. Even though I was near death, I still had love in my heart. She took me in, fed me, bathed me, and took me to a veterinarian where I was spayed and given antibiotics. I recovered! I now live in Vermont on Equinox Mountain with my adopted brother Zoey. We are best of friends. I have plenty of land to run around on, and no cars to worry about hitting me. I live in a loving house, and (yes) I always have plenty to eat. You see, Zoey owns a deli (it doesn't get any better than that). I don't know what kind of dog I am. If you think you know, please e-mail me and let me know. Shana from Barrington, Massachusetts, said I was half German Shepard and half Pit-Bull. Joel Borrow from Culver City, California, said my father was an Adirondack Squirrel, and my Mother was (an insulting comment that we will forget). If you know what I am, e-mail me. Anyway, I love it here in Vermont. The deli food, the good friends (Mr. Zoey), plus there are no cats anywhere around. Write me. I will write back. Besides being good looking, I am also very smart (and modest as well). Happy to be alive,
